摘要:本发明公开了一种透光性硬质氮化碳薄膜的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:清洗玻璃基片;以甲烷为反应气体,采用等离子体增强化学气相沉积技术在玻璃基片表面沉积一层非晶碳薄膜;采用等离子体增强化学气相沉积技术对玻璃基片表面沉积的非晶碳薄膜进行氨气等离子体处理;以甲烷和氨气为反应气体,采用等离子体增强化学气相沉积技术在氨气等离子体处理后的非晶碳表面沉积一层氮化碳薄膜;在高纯氮气气氛中低温热处理氮化碳薄膜。该方法通过修饰玻璃基片表面化学键、优化氮化碳薄膜中氮原子和氢原子含量以及在氮气氛围中采用低温热处理的方法调整薄膜内应力,从而使氮化碳薄膜具有良好的硬度和透光性。 1

Abstract: The invention discloses a preparing method of a light transmission hard carbon nitride thin film. The method comprises following steps that a glass substrate is cleaned; methane serves as reaction gas, a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition technique is adopted to enable an amorphous carbon thin film to be deposited on the surface of the glass substrate, a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition technique is adopted to carry out ammonia plasma treatment on the amorphous carbon thin film deposited on the surface of the glass substrate, methane and ammonia serve as reaction gas, the plasma enhanced chemical vapor phase deposition technique is adopted to enable a carbon nitride thin film to be deposited on the amorphous carbon surface obtained after ammonia plasma treatment; in the high-purity nitrogen atmosphere, the carbon nitride thin film is subject to low-temperature heat treatment. According to the method, through trimming of glass substrate surface chemical keys, optimizingof content of nitrogen and hydrogen atoms in the carbon nitride thin film and the low-temperature heat treatment method in the nitrogen atmosphere,, the thin film internal stress is adjusted, and thecarbon nitride thin film has the good hardness and light transmission.
